Returns and Exchange Policy
At iColor, our top priority is ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, your colouring poster, pencils, markers, or any of our other products don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of the purchase date—no questions asked. We believe in keeping things straightforward because we understand how important it is to have a hassle-free return process.
So, how can we offer such an easy return policy? It’s simple. We stand behind the exceptional quality of our products. We take great pride in what we create, and we're confident that you'll love our items as much as we do. But, in the rare case that something doesn't work out, we're happy to accept the return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
While we're sad to hear that you're not 100% satisfied, we'll do everything we can to make your return process as smooth as possible. Here’s how to return an item:
1. Get in Touch: Email us at info@icolor.co.za to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We’ll need to verify that the purchase was made on iColor.co.za and confirm that the item was purchased within the last 30 days. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from third-party sellers.
2. Prepare Your Return: Repackage the item, including the original receipt. Make sure to write the RMA number on the receipt and include it in the package.
3. Send us your address: Send us your address and well will organise a courier company to collect the package from you.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, or if there are missing or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.
Email us at info@icolor.co.za with your order number and details of the problem. For damaged items, please include a photo to help us process the claim. After this, we’ll issue an RMA number and provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the item, we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note, replacements cannot be issued without an RMA number. The sooner you notify us, the better, as our window for filing claims is limited to 10 days.
